5. No Copying or Competing Platforms

By joining or using Social Trade, you agree:

Not to create, assist, or promote a competing platform, app, or business that mimics or uses any proprietary ideas, structure, or functionality of Social Trade.

Not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise attempt to replicate any part of the Platform’s operations or design.

Not to share or disclose private information, features, or beta access materials with third parties.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

6. Confidentiality (For Early Access Users)

If you participate in early access, beta testing, or pre-launch use of Social Trade, you agree to keep all materials, information, and communications about the Platform strictly confidential.
You may not use this information to develop or share a similar product or service.

7. User Conduct

Users agree to act professionally, respectfully, and in good faith when collaborating or trading services. Any misuse, fraud, or unethical behavior may lead to account suspension.

8. Disclaimers

Social Trade is a platform for connecting users. We are not responsible for the quality, delivery, or outcomes of services exchanged between users.
All trades are conducted at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, loss of income, or disputes arising from use of the Platform. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid to use the Platform (if applicable).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the new Terms.
